hmmmm....dunno...was he the one with the bird, or the lolly pop, or the trenchcoat?
I believe he had the trench coat. But its not along those lines. Today is a toughie. Good luck. Guess all you want.
I still can't see the question--but, if it's Peter Falk, its trenchcoat, basset hound, OLD peugot, cigar, and high top shoes! THERE!!
I think he had a fake or prosthetic (did I spell that right?) eye. That's the only uncomon thing I can think of.
